Third wave coffee with single origin options in a modern space with just the right amount of warm wood and plants to make it welcoming. Service is also great! By the numbers: Drink 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Value 4/5 Espresso - Excellent. I tried both, including the single origin option, and both were exceptional. Single origin was fruitier with tart berry notes.

This place changed my life. I have no interest in anything coffee except for espresso (and ice cream/desserts!) and I thought I made pretty decent stuff on my ECM in Chicago, but one double here and I know I have to start over. It's not like I haven't had espresso all over the world (until now, best in Antwerp), but that first cup blew every prior experience out of the water. Like having a good time with cremants and then tasting vintage Dom!

Really lovely coffee shop near the park. A little bit of seating and a cute interior but in a great spot to take it for a walk instead. Good drink menu and pastry offerings. My latte was very good and the baristas were very nice (this was refreshing). Line was long on a beautiful Sunday but they handled it like pros and it moved quickly. A great spot for your weekend coffee!

This trip included a big NYC coffee tour and this place was my wife's favorite (well this and Sey). While I don't have a coffee palate as developed as hers, I did think the coffee flavor on my cappuccino came through really well. We also got a blueberry muffin which was really more of a bran muffin with some blueberries in it (which is not a bad thing).

Lovely cafe with great tasting oat milk latte. All the drinks we had were nice including the hot chai. They also sell Keayk basked goods which are refined sugar free and refined flour free!! The baristas are friendly and they have a beautiful restroom.

We stopped here for coffee after a trip to the brooklyn botanical garden. I almost missed it, but it's right next to the juice place. There were no available seats outside, but inside there were a couple benches to sit on with small tables. When we went in the afternoon, there were only 2 pastries left. We ordered a flat white, a latte, and a chai. Both coffee drinks were very good and fragrant. The chai was yummy as well. A little sweet for me, but still good, and I could taste some of the spices.

Villager is a cute little coffee shop right by Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum. Their pastries are fantastic and super creative. For drinks, I like to get the last word, which is a white mocha-esque drink, but less sweet.

The place was packed when I went in, but I was able to grab a seat. The have a good selection of speciality drinks and beans, but I ended up just getting a flat white. The coffee art was beautiful, and they even brought us our drinks. Coffee flavor was strong, and there was a perfect amount of milk. A much needed caffeine boost for the day. They have ample seating, but the benches against the wall lack tables. I awkwardly placed my drink next to me on the bench/held the cup and plate for half the time. Bathrooms are clean. There wasn't a place to put finished cups, so I ended up putting it back on the counter near staff.

Super cute neighborhood coffee spot I've popped into randomly a few times when I walked up towards EP instead of toward Flatbush. They make decaf everything so that will always get a 5 from me. LOL! So many places don't make decaf. LOL!

Cute little shop. Small but mighty. The coffee HITS. They don't roast their own beans but rotate through and feature some high powered local (and not) specialty third wave roasters like spectrum, sweetleaf, heart, etc. It's beautiful inside! Warm and pastel and good natural lighting. I would totally grab a book and read here. Nice benches outside to spill over onto if there's no space inside. Good location and service too. The star of the show is the coffee though. Clearly they care about quality here! I've gotten more and more picky about places to spend my money at and I am willing to spend here. Talented baristas with the art, too. My favorite so far in prospects park area !
